At Audio Allies, we strive to provide the
most comprehensive set of information on the internet to assist you in
your purchasing decision. We feel that you can make a much more
intelligent buying decision using the tools on our site than you can by
discussing products with the salesperson at the local electronics
superstore (if you happen to have one close by). The reason for this
is that our site contains more relevant product information than any one
person could possibly retain. Of course, you are always welcome to
contact us toll free at 1-866-237-2559 if you can't find the information
you're seeking and we will strive to provide the answer as accurately and
quickly as possible. We HIGHLY recommend visiting the manufacturer's
site for additional information. You will find links for our
manufacturers by clicking links or the Links
button above. Also, each product listing has a link to the
manufacturer's website. See the line in red located directly under
the Product Information heading..
- We are CONSTANTLY collecting, updating - and
at times - correcting information on our site. With over 7000
products, we occasionally may have a typographical error or pass along some
bad information received from other sources.
- Since your satisfaction is our goal, if an
inaccuracy on our site leads you to purchase something you aren't
completely satisfied with, we will refund your purchase (less shipping
costs).  The product must be undamaged, unused and include all items
in its original shipment container. Please see our Return Materials policy
for complete details on obtaining your refund. You MUST obtain a Return Materials
Authorization prior to returning any materials to Audio Allies.
Privacy Policy

Audio Allies strives to maintain the privacy
of our customers. We believe that doing business any other way
violates our customer's trust. As a result, you'll find that cookies
aren't required to navigate our site. While on our site, the only
cookies we attempt to place on your machine are used to maintain user
specific information such as sort preferences, zip codes, etc.. All
cookies placed on your machine are released at the end of your session.
If you have cookies turned off, the only difference you'll see on our site is
that you may need to re-enter data occasionally. Since we do use some
session level cookies, we recommend that you enable session cookies.
You can still turn off cookies that are stored on your hard drive while
leaving session cookies active (at least in IE 5). If you need help
with this, give a call and we'll assist. In order to process your
order through check-out, you will need to allow session level cookies.
- Obviously, in order to process your order, we
must collect sensitive information - such as your name, credit card information,
shipping address, etc. You can rest assured that we treat this information
with the respect and security it deserves. All ordering is processed using
128 bit encryption technology. You can see you are entering a secure area
of our site once the url changes from a http address to a https address.
NEVER provide sensitive information to someone without using a secure
encrypted area such as ours.
- Your personal information is stored in a
secure area and is NEVER shared with any third parties (other than with
your bank for credit card verification purposes). Frankly, as long as you're working with a
trustworthy internet retailer such as Audio Allies, you're credit information is
MUCH MORE secure than giving that same information over the phone or
handing your card to the waiter at your local restaurant.
- We do not share email addresses or any other
personal information with any 3rd parties unless compelled by court order.
- We believe the internet is a wonderful tool for
buying products such as those offered on our site. We strive to make that
experience a pleasurable and cost effective experience. We will work
hard to earn and retain your trust. This is our promise.
Return Materials Policy
- We hate returns. It means that we
failed to provide the product you wanted. It means you haven't
received the benefits and satisfaction that our products can provide.
But we know it happens, so we'll try to make things as easy for you as
possible.
- Prior to shipping materials to us, call us to
determine whether or not a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number will be required and the correct address to
which a particular product should be shipped. We
will promptly refund your total purchase (less shipping costs) under the following conditions:
- The equipment is returned undamaged and in "like new" condition
- The equipment is returned in its original packaging
- All original materials (remotes, booklets, cables, etc.) are included in
the return shipment
- It is within 30 days of the original shipment
- If, upon receipt of the returned materials, we feel one of these conditions has not been met, we will contact you
immediately to attempt to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
- Certain returns are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Call us for more information.
Return Materials Shipping Instructions
- Pack all materials securely and as close as
possible to original inside the manufacturer's packaging/box. If you
don't have the original box and packing materials, please pack as
carefully as possible so the product will not shift around during
shipment. (You may be subject to a charge if you don't have the
manufacturer's box.)
- Place the manufacturer's box into an outer
shipping container similar to the one we used to ship the product to you
and pack carefully to fill voids and prevent shifting of the inner
manufacturer's box during shipment. Damage that occurs during a
return shipment will be deducted from your refund if not covered by
insurance.
Please do not ship directly in the retail packaging without prior
approval. (Some large items are designed for shipment but most are
not.)
- Be sure to include everything originally
supplied or you may be subject to a charge for the missing item(s).
- Place a note inside the box with your name
and reason for return. This will help us process your replacement
and/or refund. It's hard to refund your money if we don't know who
you are.
- We recommend that you ship the item insured
for your protection. Please keep in mind that we can't provide a
refund or replacement unless we receive the return. If you use UPS,
the first $100 is automatically insured.

Damaged/Missing Parts/Non-functional Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, does
not function properly or is missing parts, please call us immediately upon
receipt and we'll work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
For defective products, unless we can arrange
for on-site service, the product will need to be returned to us. Just
as you would need to return a defective product to a brick and mortar store,
the buyer is responsible for returning the defective item to us (see Return
Materials Policy and Return Materials Shipping Instructions for specific
instructions). Audio Allies pays shipping costs for the replacement
item to be shipped to you. We receive no reimbursement for providing
warranty service on behalf of the manufacturer.
Defective returns where the customer does not
want a replacement fall under our 30 day satisfaction policy and are subject
to a 10% restocking fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal at Audio Allies is to make sure
your purchase experience is a positive one. We realize, however, that
occasionally a purchase doesn't work out. That's why we offer our
exclusive 30 day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase
in full (less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee) with no questions asked. (NOTE: you must obtain a Return
Materials Authorization prior to shipping the product back to us.

Shipping Policy
For orders over $500, verifiable contact information
is required. We reserve the right to require signatures on packages valued at
more than $500.
Our goal is to ship all orders by the next
working day. For most orders received by noon eastern time, we'll be
able to ship the same day. Occasionally, there will be an exception -
especially when there are questions about your order that can't be resolved.
In these instances, you will be notified as soon as the problem is
discovered so that we can minimize the delay. Occasionally, there will
be product shortages that keep us from fulfilling our shipment promise to
you. In the case of a shortage, we will notify you within one working
day so that you may choose to cancel or wait for the next shipment. If
a split shipment becomes necessary, there will be no additional shipping
charge to you.
Billing Policy
We won't bill your credit card until the product
ships. Period. In the event of a return, we'll issue credit upon
receipt. If you receive a defective product and need immediate
replacement, call us and we'll work with you to reach a solution.
Warranties At
Audio Allies, we sell only factory fresh products that offer full factory
warranties. During the first 30 days, we offer our own exclusive
Satisfaction Guarantee. Also, we
are here to assist you in any way we can. We will do our best to help with
any factory warranty issues that may arise. We want to ensure your
satisfaction. We know that's the only way our business can succeed on
